Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Kochere originates from familial farms surrounding the Kochere coffee mill in Kochere town and district, within Ethiopia's Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples' Regional State. Operated by Matewos Ersemo and family, the mill collaborates with 650 small coffee farmers, meticulously processing ripe cherries. Weather conditions are crucial to achieve the optimal moisture content of 11.5 percent.
