We like to think of this blend as a taste of South America with a touch of Central. From our central Americas, we discover notes such as crisp acidity, chocolate, and spice flavors, along with floral aromas. These are enhanced by flavor profiles ranging from vanilla-nut sweetness to nutty, chocolatey notes and subtle tones of citrus coming out of our South American regions.
Minas Gerais, Brazil:
Minas Gerais is an enchanting region in Brazil, with its rolling hills and lush greenery, and is home to some of the finest coffee in the world. Minas Gerais coffee dates back to the early 18th century when the first coffee plants were brought to Brazil by the Portuguese. The fertile soil and ideal weather conditions in this region soon made it the perfect place for coffee cultivation, and over the years, the industry flourished.
San Ignacio, Peru:
San Ignacio Peru Norte is a beautiful region known for its exceptional coffee located in the northern part of Peru, situated near the banks of the Marañón River. The area is known for its vibrant cultural heritage and breathtaking natural beauty. Our farming partners cultivate coffee on just a few acres of land intercropped with shade trees, bananas, corn, and beans.
San Marcos, Guatemala:
The region of San Marcos is nestled in the western highlands of Guatemala near the southern border of Mexico. Made up of a small farming community located at more than 1,372 meters above sea level. The high altitude, ample rainfall, and rich volcanic soil make for a perfect combination that results in complex flavors and aromas. Feel the warmth of the Guatemalan sun on your skin and the mist from the nearby mountains on your face and taste the history and the passion that went into its creation.
