• A walkthrough of operating the espresso machine
• How different models of espresso machine works
• What differs between espresso and other forms of coffee preparations
• How to dial-in your coffee grinder and espresso machine
• What is the preferred ratio
• Different recipes

Milk steaming

• How to steam for different milk beverages
• Learning about alternative milks
• Latte art

Hands-on learning

• Putting all the theory into practice
• You will have a chance to try our commercial machine or some of our home machines
