LAB (Lactic Acid Bacteria) fermentation imparts a rich, smooth texture and sophisticated flavors, offering a multi-dimensional experience of creaminess, cultured nuances, and exceptional depth. This coffee showcases refined, yogurt-like flavors alongside the brilliance of complex notes such as mint, jam, watermelon, and raspberry.
